Our services are offered in both English and Spanish, with Spanish being our primary and native language. While we strive to provide high-quality experiences in both languages, certain materials, documents, or tools may initially be available only in Spanish or offered exclusively in Spanish. 

Please note that while we operate professionally in both languages, we do not claim native-level fluency in English. Clients should expect communication in clear, effective English, though it may be non-native.

3. Free Diagnostic Sessions and Consultation Calls.

3.1 Session Definition and Purpose.

Free diagnostic sessions are introductory consultations designed to:

• Assess your current leadership challenges and opportunities.
• Identify potential areas for development.
• Determine if our services align with your needs.
• Provide initial insights and recommendations.

3.2 What Diagnostic Sessions Are NOT.

These sessions are NOT:

• Comprehensive coaching or consulting engagements.
• Substitute for ongoing professional development programs.
• Detailed strategic planning sessions.
• Formal psychological assessments or evaluations.
• Guaranteed solutions to complex organizational issues.

3.3 Duration and Scheduling.

• Standard diagnostic sessions are limited to 20-30 minutes.
• Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows may forfeit the opportunity for rescheduling.

3.4 Session Conduct and Limitations.

• Sessions will be conducted professionally and respectfully.
• We reserve the right to terminate a session if conduct becomes inappropriate.
• Technical issues may require rescheduling and will be accommodated when possible.
• Diagnostic sessions provide general insights and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
• Sessions do not create a formal client relationship until separate agreements are executed.

3.5 Confidentiality Agreement.

Mutual Confidentiality:

• All information shared during diagnostic sessions will be treated as confidential.
• The Company will not disclose any personal or business information shared during sessions.

3.6 Recording Policy -Explicit Consent Required.

Strict Recording Consent Policy:

• No audio or video recording of sessions will occur without your explicit written consent.
• If recording is requested for quality assurance or training purposes, you will be asked for specific permission before any session begins.
• You have the right to decline recording without any impact on service quality.
• You may request to record sessions for your own notes with prior written approval.
• Any unauthorized recording by either party is strictly prohibited.

• Online Courses: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it before completing the first two chapters or sections of the course. No questions asked. 

• Coaching Programs: We offer a 30-day full refund policy from the date of purchase. You may request a refund at any time during this period. No explanation required.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund, we will promptly notify our payment processor to issue the refund. Once a refund is granted, all licenses and access rights to the course or program materials are immediately revoked. You agree to cease use of all materials and delete any downloaded or stored content associated with the program. 

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at info@strategicleadershipiq.com with your full name, the name of the course or program, and your date of purchase. Our team will respond within 3 business days. 

Please note that specific programs or offers may include additional terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5.4 User Submissions.

Our Company does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the Website (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Website or our associated services (collectively "Submissions"). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. 

Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in Québec.

8.2 Governing Law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Québec City, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8.3 Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Our Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Website or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
